Lauren Yu is a first-year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a B.A. in Sociology. Her current research interests include health equity and language access, as well as primary and preventative care, both at the individual level and in the public health sphere.
